In the light of all the circumstances, its concluding observations and the current crisis in Israel and the occupied territories, the Committee resolved at its twenty-fourth session to consider the situation in the occupied Palestinian territory at its twenty-fifth session, with a view to assisting the State party conform to its obligations under the Covenant.
577- وفي ضوء كافة هذه الظروف وملاحظاتها الختامية والأزمة الحالية في إسرائيل والأراضي المحتلة، قررت اللجنة في دورتها الرابعة والعشرين أن تقوم في دورتها الخامسة والعشرين بالنظر في الحالة السائدة في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة بهدف مساعدة الدولة الطرف على الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب العهد.

(d) Cooperate with local and other women's rights non-governmental organizations to enable them to play a meaningful role in the implementation of the Convention in the State party, thereby assisting the State party to fulfil its obligations under the Convention;
(د) التعاون مع المنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية وغيرها المعنية بحقوق المرأة لتمكين المرأة من أداء دور هادف في تنفيذ الاتفاقية في الدولة الطرف، وبالتالي مساعدة الدولة الطرف على الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية؛

44. In order to trigger the follow-up process, once a country review was concluded and technical assistance needs had been identified, the secretariat sent a letter indicating readiness to take forward the outcome of the review process through, inter alia, assisting the State party under review in developing a prioritized action plan and discussing how to meet the needs identified, including through establishing a dialogue with potential donors.
44- ومن أجل إطلاق عملية المتابعة، كانت الأمانة تبادر، بمجرّد الانتهاء من أي استعراض قُطري وتحديد الاحتياجات من المساعدة التقنية، إلى إرسال خطاب تبدي فيه استعدادها للمضي قدما فيما يخص نتائج عملية الاستعراض من خلال عدة أمور منها مساعدة الدولة الطرف المستعرَضة على وضع خطة عمل محددة الأولويات، ومناقشة كيفية تلبية الاحتياجات المحددة، بما في ذلك إقامة حوار مع الجهات المانحة المحتملة.

(a) Acknowledge the crucial role of non-governmental organizations in assisting the State party in fulfilling its obligations under the Convention, and enable them to seek and receive adequate funding to carry out their peaceful human rights activities;
