Resolves to resume its consideration of the question of the financing of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 at its resumed forty-ninth session in June 1995 in order to decide no later than 14 July 1995 on all outstanding questions, in particular the mode of financing;
١ - تقرر أن تستأنف نظرها في مسألة تمويل المحكمة الدولية لمحاكمة اﻷشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي التي ارتكبت في إقليم يوغوسلافيا السابقة منذ عام ١٩٩١ في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة في حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٥ وذلك بغية البت في موعد لا يتجاوز ١٤ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٥ في جميع المسائل المعلقة ولا سيما في طريقة التمويل؛
