ثانيا - إنشاء مركز إعلام لﻷمم المتحدة في صنعاء

The organization at Sana'a of a seminar for Arab countries on public information questions would also contribute to that goal.
وأضاف قائلا إن تنظيم حلقة دراسية في صنعاء للبلدان العربية بشأن المسائل المتعلقة باﻹعلام من شأنها أن تساهم أيضا في تحقيق هذا الهدف.

The Workshop, which was held at Sana'a, Yemen, provided an opportunity to discuss, in a concrete way, obstacles to the realization of the right to development and economic, social and cultural rights, as well as strategies to overcome those obstacles.
وأتاحت حلقة العمل هذه التي عقدت في صنعاء باليمن فرصة عملية لإجراء مناقشة للعراقيل التي تعترض إعمال الحق في التنمية والحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، كما ناقشت استراتيجيات لتذليل هذه العقبات.

Several speakers characterized those seminars as " turning-points " in the international debate on communications, and many looked forward to the seminar planned for the Arab region at Sana'a in January 1996.

Aden currently has a number of rehabilitation and welfare centres, run by the Ministry of Social Security and Social Affairs, for various categories of disabled persons and there are also several community—based projects, such as centres for the blind at Sana'a, Aden and Hadhramaut and rehabilitation centres for the disabled, in various parts of the Republic.

5. The Department of Public Information has already appointed a Professional-level Information Officer to head the United Nations information centre which is expected to be established at Sana'a by the end of April.
٥ - عينت ادارة شؤون الاعلام بالفعل موظف إعلام من الفئة الفنية ليرأس مركز اﻷمم المتحدة للاعلام الذي يتوقع إنشاؤه في صنعاء بحلول نهاية شهر نيسان/أبريل.

6. In addition, the Department is continuing its consultations with the Government of Yemen regarding the availability of the rent-free office premises earmarked for the United Nations information centre at Sana'a.

١٢ - اتخذت إدارة شؤون الاعلام جميع الاجراءات العملية لتنفيذ أحكام قرارات الجمعية العامة المتعلقة بمراكز اﻷمم المتحدة للاعلام في صنعاء وطهران وبوجمبورا ودار السلام وداكا، تنفيذا كاملا قدر المستطاع.
