The Committee noted with appreciation the offer conveyed by Canada on behalf of the Institute of Air and Space Law of McGill University to contribute to the introduction and teaching of the curriculum at the regional centres for space science and technology education, affiliated to the United Nations, at no cost to the Office for Outer Space Affairs.

The Committee noted with satisfaction that an educational curriculum on GNSS (ST/SPACE/59) had been developed for nine-month postgraduate courses at the regional centres for space science and technology education, affiliated to the United Nations.

The Subcommittee had before it the educational curriculum on GNSS (ST/SPACE/59), developed for nine-month postgraduate courses at the regional centres for space science and technology education, affiliated to the United Nations.

In 2013, the Global Navigation Satellite Systems Education Curriculum (ST/SPACE/59) was introduced at the regional centres for space science and technology education, affiliated to the United Nations, which also serve as information centres for ICG.

The GNSS education curriculum was developed for nine-month postgraduate courses at the regional centres for space science and technology education affiliated to the United Nations, located in Brazil and Mexico (for Latin America and the Caribbean), India (for Asia and the Pacific), Jordan (for Western Asia) and Morocco and Nigeria (for Africa).
