1. Annex B of the Protocol is hereby amended to include commitments for additional subsequent periods 2013 to 2017 and 2018 to 2022 for Parties included in Annex I:

Prior to the adoption of decision XVII/16, Parties were only required to report annually on the destination of their exports of the controlled substances contained in Annex A and Annex B of the Protocol (chlorofluorocarbons, halons, carbon tetrachloride, methyl chloroform).
