70 - ورغم بدء نفاذ القانون الجديد الذي ألغي بموجبه القانون ذو الطابع التمييزي والمتعلق بإمكانية الوصول إلى الإرث العقاري فإن النساء لا يجرؤن، في الحياة العملية، في بعض مناطق الجنوب والجنوب الشرقي، على المطالبة بحقوقهن خوفا من نبذ الأسرة والمجتمع كله لهن بسبب العادات التي تعتبر ثابتة.
