41. The Meeting insisted on the necessity of Israel's withdrawal from Sheba'a Farms, Kfarshouba Hills, and from the Lebanese part of Al Ghajar village up until behind the Blue Line, in accordance with relevant international resolutions, in particular Security Council Resolution 1701.
41 - وشدد الاجتماع على ضرورة انسحاب إسرائيل من مزارع شبعا ومن تلال كفر شوبا ومن الجزء اللبناني من قرية الغجر إلى ما وراء الخط الأزرق وفقا للقرارات الدولية ذات الصلة، ولا سيما قرار مجلس الأمن 1701.

Prior to their withdrawal from Lebanese territory to behind the Blue Line, they dug a trench at Al-Abbad outpost inside Lebanese territory approximately 20 metres long and 1.5 metres wide. Behind it, they installed a barbed wire strip approximately 50 metres long and 5 metres wide.
وقبل انسحابها من الأراضي اللبنانية إلى ما وراء الخط الأزرق قامت بحفر خندق في موقع العباد، داخل الأراضي اللبنانية بطول حوالي 20 م وعرض حوالي 1.5 م ونصبت شريطا شائكا خلفه بطول حوالي 50 م وعرض حوالي 5 أمتار.

26. In his contribution, the Minister of Culture of Lebanon and Special Envoy of the Lebanese Council of Ministers, Tarek Mitri, called for the immediate withdrawal of Israel from Lebanese territory and reaffirmed the Government's readiness to deploy the army as Israel withdrew behind the Blue Line.
26 - أما وزير الثقافة اللبناني والمبعوث الخاص لمجلس الوزراء اللبناني، طارق متري، فدعا إلى الانسحاب الفوري لإسرائيل من الأرض اللبنانية وأكد من جديد استعداد الحكومة لنشر الجيش مع انسحاب إسرائيل وراء الخط الأزرق.

Israeli enemy forces bound, blindfolded and beat him in full view of United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) personnel, who attempted to intervene. But the hostile Israeli forces quickly withdrew into the occupied Shab`a Farms, dragging Mr. Atwi on the ground more than 300 metres. They led him into a tent behind the Blue Line where they beat him and tortured him into unconsciousness.
وقد قامت قوات العدو الإسرائيلي بتوثيقه وتعصيب عينيه، ثم انهالت عليه بالضرب على مرأى من القوة الدولية (اليونيفيل) التي حاولت التدخل، لكن القوات الإسرائيلية المعتدية سارعت بالإنسحاب إلى داخل مزارع شبعا المحتلة بعد أن سحبت السيد عطوي على الأرض لمسافة تتجاوز الـ 300 متر واقتادته إلى خيمة خلف الخط الأزرق حيث أوسعته ضربا وقامت بتعذيبه إلى أن فقد وعيه.
