The view was expressed that the reports of the Secretary-General did not allow for a final decision of the Committee, and that a consultative mechanism between representatives of the Secretariat and Member States should be established to consider the issue of cost accounting.
وأعرب عن رأي مؤداه أن تقارير اﻷمين العام لا تتيح للجنة اتخاذ قرار نهائي، وأنه ينبغي إنشاء آلية استشارية بين ممثلي اﻷمانة العامة والدول اﻷعضاء لدراسة مسألة حساب التكاليف.

10. 47. The first meeting between representatives of the Secretariat of the United Nations and the general secretariat of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) was held in Nairobi from 5 to 7 June 1980 pursuant to General Assembly resolution 34/21 of 9 November 1979.
٧٤ - عقد الاجتماع اﻷول بين ممثلي اﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة واﻷمانة العامة لمنظمة الوحدة اﻹفريقية في نيروبي في الفترة من ٥ إلى ٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٨٠ عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة ٣٤/٢١ المؤرخ ٩ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٧٩.

We look forward to the general meeting between representatives of the Secretariat of the United Nations system and the OIC, as well as the coordination meetings between the organizations and agencies of the United Nations system and the OIC and its subsidiary organs and other specialized institutions, which are scheduled to take place in 2000 in Geneva.
كما أود اﻹعراب عن تــطلعنا للاجتــماع العام بين ممثلي اﻷمانة العامة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وممثلي اﻷمانة العامة للمؤتمر اﻹســـلامي وكذلك الاجتماعات التنسيقية بين هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة والمؤتمر اﻹسلامي وأجهزته الفرعيـــة، والمزمع عقدها في جنيف خلال عام ٢٠٠٠، لمراجعة وبحث نتـائج التعاون واﻷنشطة المشتركة والاتفاق على خطط للفترة القادمة والنظر في المقترحات المتعلقة بتعزيز آليات التعاون.

BODIES CONCERNED 45. While they are not technically subsidiary bodies, it should be noted that " cooperation " meetings are regularly convened under General Assembly resolutions between representatives of the Secretariat and of the general secretariats of the following bodies: League of Arab States; Organization of African Unity; Organization of American States; Organization of the Islamic Conference; Latin American Economic System.
٥٤ - على الرغم من أن هذه الهيئات لا تعد فنيا هيئات فرعية، فإنه ينبغي ملاحظة أن اجتماعات " التعاون " تعقد بانتظام بين ممثلي اﻷمانة العامة واﻷمانات العامة، بموجب قرارات الجمعية العامة، لكل من الهيئات التالية: جامعة الدول العربية؛ ومنظمة الوحدة اﻹفريقية؛ ومنظمة الدول اﻷمريكية؛ ومنظمة المؤتمر الاسلامي؛ والنظام الاقتصادي ﻷمريكا اللاتينية.
