It was also noted that those Guide provisions should contain a discussion, along the lines suggested in footnote 21 of document A/CN.9/WG.I/WP.73/Add.2, of the relevance of other branches of law and of other bodies if a review were triggered for example by fraud or corruption (including the need to alert the relevant authorities to ensure that appropriate action was taken).
