Consequently, the Committee against Torture, acting under article 22, paragraph 7, of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, is of the view that the return of the complainant to Pakistan would not constitute a breach by the State party of article 3 of the Convention.
9- وعليه، فإن لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، إذ تعمل بموجب الفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، ترى أن إعادة صاحب الشكوى إلى باكستان لا تشكل خرقاً من الدولة الطرف لأحكام المادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

He reiterates that, given the torture he has suffered in the past and his political activities, it is highly likely that he would again be tortured on his return to Bangladesh, which would constitute a violation by the State party of article 3 of the Convention.
