134. The SBI noted the oral report by the GEF and expressed its appreciation to the GEF and its agencies, the United Nations Development Programme and the United Nations Environment Programme on the progress made in carrying out the Poznan strategic programme on technology transfer.
134- أحاطت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ علماً بالتقرير الشفوي لمرفق البيئة العالمية وأعربت عن تقديرها للمرفـق ووكالتيـه، وبرنامـج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي، وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة، لما أُحرز من تقدم في تنفيذ برنامج بوزنان الاستراتيجي بشأن نقل التكنولوجيا().

At its thirtieth session, the SBI requested the GEF to expedite its work in carrying out the Poznan strategic programme on technology transfer, particularly in providing financial support for developing country Parties in conducting and updating their technology needs assessments and in acting on the results.
وطلبت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ، في دورتها الثلاثين، إلى مرفق البيئة العالمية أن يعجل خطى عمله على تنفيذ برنامج بوزنان الاستراتيجي بشأن نقل التكنولوجيا، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بتقديم الدعم المالي للبلدان الأطراف النامية في إجراء وتحديث عملياتها الخاصة بتقييم احتياجاتها للتكنولوجيا، وفي العمل على وضع ما يستخلص من نتائج موضع التنفيذ.
