104. By an order of 4 July 2011, the Court granted Greece permission to intervene as a non-party in the case concerning Jurisdictional Immunities of the State (Germany v. Italy).

On 6 July 2010, the Court handed down its order on the admissibility of a counterclaim submitted by Italy in the case concerning Jurisdictional Immunities of the State (Germany v. Italy).

In my Dissenting Opinion in the Court's Order of 06.07.2010 in the case concerning Jurisdictional Immunities of the State (original claim and counterclaim, Germany versus Italy), I have deemed it fit to observe that
وفي رأيي المخالف الوارد في أمر المحكمة المؤرخ 6 تموز/ يوليه 2010 بشأن القضية المتعلقة بحصانات الدولة من الولايات القضائية (الطلب الأصلي والطلب المضاد، ألمانيا ضد إيطاليا)، رأيت أنه من المناسب أن ألاحظ ما يلي:

13. In the case concerning Jurisdictional Immunities of the State (Germany v. Italy: Greece intervening), permission had been given to Greece to intervene because Germany had referred, in its pleadings, to a judgment by a Greek court resulting in the enforcement of its order in an Italian court.
13 - وأردف قائلا إن الإذن بالتدخل منح إلى اليونان في القضية المتعلقة بحصانات الدول من الولايات القضائية (ألمانيا ضد إيطاليا: اليونان طرف متدخل) لأن ألمانيا أشارت، في مرافعاتها، إلى حكم صادر عن محكمة يونانية يفضي إلى تنفيذ أمرها في محكمة إيطالية.

By an order of 29 April 2009, the Court fixed 23 June 2009 as the time limit for the filing of a memorial by Germany and 23 December 2009 as the time limit for the filing of a counter-memorial by Italy in the case concerning Jurisdictional Immunities of the State (Germany v. Italy).
وبأمر مؤرخ 29 نيسان/أبريل 2009، حددت المحكمة يوم 23 حزيران/يونيه أجلا لإيداع مذكرة من جانب ألمانيا ويوم 23 كانون الثاني/ديسمبر أجلا لإيداع إيطاليا مذكرة مضادة في القضية المتعلقة بحصانات الدول من الولاية القضائية (ألمانيا ضد إيطاليا).
