Recalling the decision of the fourth ministerial meeting of the Standing Advisory Committee in favour of establishing, under the auspices of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, a subregional centre for human rights and democracy in Central Africa at Yaoundé,

(d) Holding the meeting of experts on the texts governing the Subregional Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Central Africa at Libreville from 2 to 5 July 2001;

In its resolution 59/183 of 20 December 2004, the General Assembly welcomed the activities of the Subregional Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Central Africa at Yaoundé and noted with satisfaction the support provided for the establishment of the Centre by the host country.
رحبت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 59/183 المؤرخ 20 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004، بأنشطة المركز دون الإقليمي لحقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية في وسط أفريقيا في ياوندي ولاحظت الجمعية مع الارتياح الدعم الذي قدمه البلد المضيف من أجل إنشاء المركز.

4. Pursuant to General Assembly resolution 54/55 A of 1 December 1999, the High Commissioner for Human Rights established, in cooperation with the Department of Political Affairs of the United Nations Secretariat, the Subregional Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Central Africa, at Yaoundé.
4- وعملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 54/55 باء، المؤرخ 1 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1999، أنشأت مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان، بالتعاون مع إدارة الشؤون السياسية للأمانة العامة للأمم المتحدة، والمركز دون الإقليمي لحقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية في وسط أفريقيا في ياوندي.

In its resolution 58/176 of 22 December 2003, the General Assembly welcomed the activities of the Subregional Centre for Human Rights and Democracy in Central Africa at Yaoundé and noted with satisfaction the support provided for the establishment of the Centre by the host country.
رحبت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 58/176 المؤرخ 22 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003، بأنشطة المركز دون الإقليمي لحقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية في وسط أفريقيا في ياوندي ولاحظت الجمعية مع الارتياح الدعم الذي قدمه البلد المضيف من أجل إنشاء المركز.
