1. By decision 2002/106, the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights decided to entrust Ms. Christy Mbonu with the task of preparing a working paper on the impact of corruption on the realization and enjoyment of all human rights.
1- قررت اللجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان في مقررها 2002/106 أن تعهد إلى السيدة كريستي إمبونو مهمة إعداد ورقة عمل عن أثر الفساد على إعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والتمتع بها.

Taking into account the working paper submitted by Ms. Christy Mbonu on corruption and its impact on the full enjoyment of human rights (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2003/18),
وإذ تضع في اعتبارها ورقة العمل التي قدمتها السيدة كريستي إمبونو بشأن الفساد وأثره على التمتع الكامل بحقوق الإنسان (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2003/18)،

The expert members who participated in the session were Mr. Miguel Alfonso Martínez (Cuba), Mr. Gáspár Bíró (Hungary), Ms. Françoise Hampson (United Kingdom), Ms. Christy Mbonu (Nigeria) and Mr. Yozo Yokota (Japan).

1. By decision 2002/106, the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights decided to entrust Christy Mbonu to draft a working paper on the question of corruption and its impact on the full enjoyment of all human rights in particular economic, social and cultural rights.
1- قررت اللجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان في مقررها 2002/106 أن تعهد إلى السيدة كريستي إمبونو بمهمة إعداد ورقة عمل عن مسألة الفساد وتأثيره على التمتع الكامل بجميع حقوق الإنسان، وبخاصة الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.

(a) Decision to appoint Ms. Christy Mbonu as special rapporteur with the task of preparing a comprehensive study on corruption and its impact on the full enjoyment of human rights, in particular economic, social and cultural rights, based on her working paper as well as the comments received and the useful discussions that took place at the fifty-fifth session of the Subcommission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights;
(أ) مقرر اللجنة تعيين السيدة كريستي إمبونو مقررة خاصة يُعهد إليها بإعداد دراسة شاملة عن الفساد وأثره في التمتع الكامل بحقوق الإنسان، وخاصةً الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، استناداً إلى ورقة العمل التي أعدتها()، وإلى التعليقات التي وردت والمناقشات المفيدة التي جرت في الدورة الخامسة والخمسين للجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان؛

54. At its fifty-fourth session, the Sub-Commission, in its decision 2002/106, decided to entrust Ms. Christy Mbonu with the task of preparing, without financial implications, a working paper on the impact of corruption on the realization and enjoyment of all human rights for submission to the Sub-Commission at its fifty-fifth session.
53- قررت اللجنة الفرعية في قرارها 2002/106 المعتمد في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين أن تعهد إلى السيدة كريستي مبونو بمهمة إعداد ورقة عمل، دون أن تترتب على ذلك آثار مالية، بشأن أثر الفساد على أعمال جميع حقوق الإنسان والتمتع بها، لتقديم هذه الورقة إلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها الخامسة والخمسين.

In decision 2004/106 the Commission decided to endorse the decision of the SubCommission to appoint Ms. Christy Mbonu as Special Rapporteur with the task of preparing a comprehensive study on corruption and its impact on the full enjoyment of human rights, in particular economic, social and cultural rights.
وقررت اللجنة، في مقررها 2004/106، تأييد قرار اللجنة الفرعية تعيين السيدة كريستي مبونو مقررةً خاصة أوكلت إليها مهمة إعداد دراسة شاملة(4) عن الفساد وأثره على التمتع الكامل بحقوق الإنسان، وبخاصة الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.

The Sub-Commission appointed Ms. Christy Mbonu as the Special Rapporteur with the task of preparing a comprehensive study on corruption and its impact on the full enjoyment of human rights, in particular economic, social and cultural rights, based on her working paper E/CN.4/Sub 2/2003/18 and the opinions expressed during the debate on the issue during the discussions that took place at the fifty-fifth session of the Sub-Commission.
وعينت اللجنة الفرعية السيدة كريستي مبونو مقررة خاصة مهمتها إعداد دراسة شاملة عن الفساد وتأثيره على التمتع الكامل بحقوق الإنسان، ولا سيما الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، على أساس ورقة عملها E/CN.4/Sub.2/2003/18 والآراء المعرب عنها بشأن هذه القضية خلال المناقشات التي جرت أثناء الدورة الخامسة والخمسين للجنة الفرعية.
