Article 25 of the Covenant establishes that " every citizen " shall have the right to participate in public affairs, to vote and hold office, and to have access to public service.
فالمادة 25 من العهد تنص على أنه يكون " لكل مواطن " الحق في المشاركة في إدارة الشؤون العامة، والحق في التصويت وشغل الوظائف العامة، والحق في الحصول على الخدمات العامة.

Article 23 of the Constitution states " Every citizen shall have the right to acquire, hold and dispose of property in any part of Pakistan, subject to the Constitution and any reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the public interest. "

Finally, the Law prescribes that every citizen shall have the right to social services (Article 63).
وأخيراً، ينص القانون على أن لكل مواطن الحق في الحصول على الخدمات الاجتماعية (المادة 63).

Article 25 of the Covenant establishes that " every citizen " shall have the right to participate in public affairs, to vote and hold office, and to have access to public service.
وتنص المادة 25 من العهد على أن " لكل مواطن " الحق في المشاركة في إدارة الشؤون العامة والحق في التصويت وشَغل الوظائف العامة والحق في الحصول على الخدمات العامة(53).

" (a) Every citizen shall have an obligation to work, which is necessitated by personal dignity and the public interest. Every citizen shall have the right to work and to choose the type of his work in a manner consistent with public order and morality.
" (أ) العمل واجب على كل مواطن، تقتضيه الكرامة ويستوجبه الخير العام، ولكل مواطن الحق في العمل وفي اختيار نوعه وفقاً للنظام العام والآداب.

Article 18 states " Subject to such qualifications, if any, as may be prescribed by law, every citizen shall have the right to enter upon any lawful profession or occupation, and to conduct any lawful trade or business " .
وتنص المادة 18 على أن: " لكل مواطن الحق في الالتحاق بأي مهنة أو وظيفة مشروعة والقيام بأي صناعة أو تجارة مشروعة، مع مراعاة الشروط المنصوص عليها في القانون، إن وجدت " .

Article 18 of the Constitutions states " Subject to such qualifications, if any, as may be prescribed by law, every citizen shall have the right to enter upon any lawful profession or occupation, and to conduct any lawful trade or business " .
390 - وتنص المادة 18 من الدستور على أن " لكل مواطن الحق في ممارسة أي مهنة أو وظيفة مشروعة، والقيام بأي تجارة أو معاملة مشروعة، وفقا للشروط التي يفرضها القانون، إن وجدت " .

Article 23 of the Constitution of Pakistan states that: " every citizen shall have the right to acquire, hold and dispose of property in any part of Pakistan " .
400 - تنص المادة 23 من دستور باكستان على أن " لكل مواطن الحق في اقتناء الممتلكات والاحتفاظ بها والتصرف فيها في أي جزء من باكستان " .

51. With respect to freedom to profess religion and to manage religious institutions, the Constitution states that every citizen shall have the right to profess, practice and propagate his religion, and that every religious denomination and every sect thereof shall have the right to establish, maintain and manage its religious institutions.
51 -وفيما يتعلق بحرية اعتناق الأديان، وإدارة المؤسسات الدينية، ينص الدستور على أن لكل مواطن الحق في اعتناق الديانة وممارسة شعائرها ونشرها، وأن لكل مذهب ديني، وكل طائفة فيه، الحق في إنشاء المؤسسات الدينية وصيانتها وإدارتها.

37. Similarly, freedom of the press is guaranteed by the Constitution, article 9 of which states: " Every citizen shall have the right to freely express and diffuse his opinion by speech, by writing, by image and by all other means of communication.
37- وكذلك الحال بالنسبة لحرية الصحافة، المضمونة بموجب الدستور، الذي ينص في المادة 2 منه على أن " لكل مواطن الحق في التعبير عن رأيه وفي المجاهرة به بحرية قولاً أو كتابةً أو صورةً أو بأية وسيلة أخرى من وسائل التواصل.

152. Article 16 of the Interim Constitution guarantees the right to health stating " Every citizen shall have the right to get basic health service free of cost from the State as provided for in the law. " Article 20 further provides that the Constitutional guarantee is more specific on women's right to reproductive health.
152- تضمن الفقرة 16 من الدستور المؤقت الحق في الصحة وتعلن أنّ " لكل مواطن الحق في الحصول على خدمات الصحة الأساسية بالمجان من الدولة وفق المنصوص عليه في القانون " ، وتنص المادة 20 أيضاً على أن هذا الضمان الدستوري أكثر تحديداً بشأن حق المرأة في الصحة التناسلية.

The Constitution provides that every citizen shall have the right to freedom of speech and expression and there shall be freedom of the press, subject to any reasonable restrictions imposed by law in the interest of the glory of Islam or the integrity, security or defence of Pakistan or any part thereof, friendly relations with foreign States, public order, decency or morality, or in relation to contempt of court or incitement to an offence.
فالدستور ينص على أن لكل مواطن الحق في حرية الكلام والتعبير، وعلى حرية الصحافة، مع عدم الإخلال بأي قيود معقولة يفرضها القانون لصالح مجد الإسلام، أو سلامة الأراضي الباكستانية أو أمنها أو الدفاع عنها أو عن أي جزء منها، أو العلاقات الودية مع الدول الأجنبية، أو حفظ النظام العام أو الآداب أو الأخلاق، أو فيما يتعلق بانتهاك حرمة المحاكم، أو التحريض على ارتكاب جريمة.
