11. Stresses the important role of Al-Quds Fund in supporting the steadfastness of the citizens and institutions of the Holy City against Israeli designs. It calls on the OIC member States to abide by financing the budgets of both Al-Quds Fund and its Waqf in order to promote urban development of Al-Quds, and to construct housing units, restore its old monuments with the aim of preserving the civilizational and Islamic heritage;
١١ - تؤكد على الدور الهام لصندوق القدس في دعم صمود أهل المدينة المقدسة ومؤسساتها في وجه المخططات الاسرائيلية، وتدعو الدول اﻷعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي إلى الالتزام بتغطية رأس مال كل من صندوق القدس ووقفيته من أجل إعمار مدينة القدس وبناء الوحدات السكنية فيها وترميم أبنيتها القديمة حفاظا على التراث الحضاري واﻹسلامي ودعم صمود أهلها.

11. The Committee urged the Islamic States to extend further support to the Palestinian national institutions and the Palestinian people with a view to enabling it to protect the Islamic and Christian sanctities, preserve the city of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and its civilizational, historical and religious heritage, and to support its steadfastness and its resistance to the Israeli occupation and settlement schemes.
١١ - حثت الدول اﻹسلامية على تقديم المزيد من الدعم للمؤسسات الوطنية الفلسطينية والشعب الفلسطيني لتمكينه من حماية المقدسات اﻹسلامية والمسيحية والمحافظة على مدينة القدس الشريف وتراثها الحضاري والتاريخي والديني وتعزيز صموده ومقاومته للاحتلال اﻹسرائيلي ولمخططاته الاستيطانية.

5. Condemns the Israeli aggression against the civil, educational, cultural, scientific, civilizational and religious institutions in the territories of the National Palestinian Authority and particularly in Jenine, Ramallah, Kalkilia, Naplouse and Beit Lahm.
5 - يندد بالاعتداءات الإسرائيلية على المؤسسات المدنية والتربوية والثقافية والعلمية والحضارية والدينية في أراضي السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية وبخاصة في جنين ورام الله وقلقيليا ونابلس وبيت لحم .

The members of the Committee deliberated on the current conditions facing Al-Quds al-Sharif, and considered the means likely to lead the recovering of the city and to assist and support the Palestinian citizens and institutions in the Holy City, confronting the Israeli designs aimed at Judaizing the City and changing its cultural, civilizational, religious and demographic characteristics, so as to create a new fait accompli on the ground.
بعد ذلك أجرى أعضاء اللجنة مداولات حول اﻷوضاع الحالية التي تمر بها مدينة القدس الشريف، وتدارسوا السبل الكفيلة باستعادتها ونصرة ودعم اﻷهالي والمؤسسات الفلسطينية في المدينة المقدسة في مواجهة المخططات الاسرائيلية الهادفة إلى تهويد المدينة وتغيير معالمها الحضارية والثقافية والدينية والسكانية وذلك بهدف خلـق أمــر واقع جديد على اﻷرض.

105. Since 2003, Iraq has pursued a cultural policy designed to ensure that all citizens can exercise their legitimate cultural rights, without discrimination. Article 35 of the Constitution provides that: " The State shall promote cultural activities and institutions in a manner appropriate to the civilizational and cultural history of Iraq and shall endeavour to pursue authentic Iraqi cultural trends. "
105- انتهج العراق بعد العام 2003 سياسة ثقافية تجسدت في السماح لجميع المواطنين دون تمييز بممارسة حقوقهم الثقافية المشروعة، إذ تنص المادة 35 من الدستور على أن " ترعى الدولة النشاطات والمؤسسات الثقافية بما يتناسب مع تاريخ العراق الحضاري والثقافي وتحرص على اعتماد توجهات ثقافية عراقية أصيلة " .

The OIC has been organizing symposia and seminars in coordination with other concerned institutions for the promotion of cultural and civilizational dialogue.
ودأبت المنظمة على تنظيم ندوات وحلقات دراسية بالتنسيق مع المؤسسات المعنية الأخرى بغية تعزيز الحوار الثقافي والحضاري.
