77. Provisions regarding codes of conduct for public officials are found in article 8 (2) of the Convention against Corruption, which encourages States parties to apply codes or standards of conduct for the correct, honourable and proper performance of public functions.
77 - وترد الأحكام الخاصة بمدونات سلوك الموظفين العموميين في الفقرة 2 من المادة 8 من اتفاقية مكافحة الفساد، التي تشجع الدول الأطراف على تطبيق مدونات أو معايير سلوك تكفل الأداء الصحيح والمشرِّف والسليم للوظائف العمومية.

84. In article 8 (6) of the Convention against Corruption, States parties are encouraged to take disciplinary or other measures against public officials who violate the codes or standards of conduct.
