4- تكرر الطلب الذي وجهته إلى الدول الأعضاء التي شرعت في تنفيذ هذه التدابير أن تتقيد بمبادئ القانون الدولي، وميثاق الأمم المتحدة وإعلاناتها، والمؤتمرات العالمية، والقرارات ذات الصلة وأن تفي بالتزاماتها ومسؤولياتها الناشئة عن الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان التي هي طرف فيها بالتخلي على الفور عن هذه التدابير؛
