Pursuant to a request made by the Committee on Conferences at its substantive session of 1995 and to a subsequent decision taken by the Committee at its organizational session for 1996, a synoptic report by sector on meetings held during the bienniums 1994-1995 and 1996-1997 will be contained in an addendum.

9. At its organizational session for 2003, held on 22 April 2003, the Committee had requested the Secretariat to submit a draft agenda for 2004 to the Committee at its organizational session for 2004.
