23. The efforts of the Programme made through its advisory service to the Government of the Republic of Korea resulted in the establishment of the Asia-Pacific Satellite Communications Council.
٢٣ - وقد أسفرت الجهود التي بذلها البرنامج من خلال تقديم خدماته الاستشارية إلى حكومة جمهورية كوريا عن إنشاء مجلس الاتصالات الساتلية لمنطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ.

One such initiative was the establishment, by means of Act No. 14/91 of 24 March 1992, of the National Communications Council, a regulatory body governing the broadcast media and the press in Gabon.
وإحدى هذه المبادرات إصدار القانون رقم 14/91 المؤرخ 24 آذار/مارس 1992 والقاضي بإنشاء مجلس الاتصالات الوطني، وهو هيئة ناظمة لوسائط الإعلام، من إذاعة مسموعة ومرئية وصحافة، في غابون.

(a) Assistance in the growth and operation of the Asia-Pacific Satellite Communications Council;

(b) Assistance to the Government of the Republic of Korea in the growth and operation of the Asia-Pacific Satellite Communications Council;

The efforts of the Programme made through its advisory service to the Government of the Republic of Korea resulted in the establishment and growth of the Asia-Pacific Satellite Communications Council.
٢٤ - وقد أسفرت الجهود التي بذلها البرنامج من خلال تقديم خدماته الاستشارية إلى حكومة جمهورية كوريا عن إنشاء ونمو مجلس الاتصالات عن طريق السواتل لمنطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ.

The Committee also noted the establishment of the Asia-Pacific Satellite Communications Council (APSCC) to serve as a regional forum to promote exchanges of information and cooperation in the field of satellite communications and broadcasting and agreed that the establishment of that organization would facilitate the expansion of regional cooperation.
كما نوهت اللجنة بإنشاء مجلس الاتصالات الساتلية لمنطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ لكي يكون بمثابة منتدى إقليمي للترويج لتبادل المعلومات والتعاون في مجال الاتصالات والبث اللاسلكي بواسطة السواتل، واتفقت على أن إنشاء تلك المنظمة سييسر التوسع في التعاون اﻹقليمي.

A recent project, initiated in May 1995, is aimed at establishing a press centre, under the auspices of the Communications Council and with support from UNESCO, in a safe place accessible to all.
فهناك مشروع حديث جداً تم وضعه في بداية شهر أيار/مايو ٥٩٩١ ﻹنشاء دار للصحافة تحت رعاية مجلس الاتصالات وبدعم من منظمة اليونيسكو في مكان آمن يمكن للجميع الوصول إليه.
