Reaffirming its obligations to the Muslim communities and minorities in non-OIC Member States;
إذ يؤكد التزاماته تجاه الجماعات والأقليات المسلمة التي تعيش في الدول غير الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي .

27. We reaffirm the responsibility of the Islamic world in reviewing the condition of Muslim communities and minorities in Non-OIC countries to ensure promotion and protection of their basic rights including cultural and religious freedom.
27 - نؤكد مجددا مسؤولية العالم الإسلامي في استعراض أحوال الجماعات والأقليات المسلمة في الدول غير الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي ضمانا لتعزيز حقوقها الأساسية وحمايتها، بما في ذلك الحرية الثقافية والدينية.

55. The Conference reaffirmed the need to enable Muslim communities and minorities in non-Member States to preserve their religious and cultural identity, to enjoy equal treatment in terms of rights and obligations without segregation or discrimination.
أكد المؤتمر ضرورة العمل على تمكين الجماعات والأقليات المسلمة في الدول غير الأعضاء من الاحتفاظ بهويتهم الدينية والثقافية وتمتعهم بمعاملة متكافئة من الحقوق والواجبات مع سائر المواطنين بغير تفرقة أو تمييز .

58. The Conference stressed the commitment of Member States to respect the rights of non-Muslim communities and minorities living on their territories in accordance with the teachings of our great Islamic religion. It denounced the biased allegations by certain circles concerning the treatment of these minorities and the measures taken as a pretext to interfere in the internal affairs of Member States.
أكد المؤتمر التزام الدول الأعضاء باحترام حقوق الجماعات والأقليات غير الإسلامية الموجودة في أراضيها وذلك وفقاً لتعاليم الدين الإسلامي الحنيف، واستنكر الافتراءات التي تدعيها بعض الأوساط بشأن معاملة هذه الأقليات، والإجراءات التي تتخذها ذريعة للتدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول الأعضاء.

Recalling that Muslim communities and minorities living in Non-OIC Member States account for over one third of the Islamic Ummah;

In this connection, UNPREDEP and the ICFY Working Group on Ethnic and National communities and minorities have cooperated in promoting legislative and practical improvements in favour of the Albanian and other nationalities.

VI. ETHNIC AND NATIONAL communities and minorities

The focus of UNPROFOR's political work, in line with the efforts of the Working Group on Ethnic and National communities and minorities of the International Conference of the Former Yugoslavia, has been on strengthening mutual understanding and dialogue among political parties and on monitoring human rights.
وانصب تركيز العمل السياسي لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية على تعزيز التفاهم والحوار المتبادلين بين اﻷحزاب السياسية وعلى رصد حقوق الانسان، وذلك تماشيا مع جهود الفريق العامل المعني بالمجتمعات واﻷقليات اﻹثنية والقومية التابع للمؤتمر الدولي المعني بيوغوسلافيا السابقة.
