Requests the SecretaryGeneral and the Office of the High Commissioner to bring the present resolution to the attention of Member States, the competent United Nations organs and relevant intergovernmental and interested nongovernmental organizations, and to disseminate it on the widest possible basis;
12- ترجو من الأمين العام والمفوضية السامية أن يوجها نظر الدول الأعضاء وأجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المهتمة إلى هذا القرار، وأن ينشراه على أوسع نطاق ممكن؛

The report advocates bringing the matter before the Security Council so that it may turn to the competent United Nations organs to study the most appropriate methods for implementing the victims' right to compensation, such as the setting up of a commission.
ويدعو التقرير إلى عرض المسألة على مجلس الأمن لكي يحيلها إلى أجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة لدراسة أكثر الأساليب ملاءمة لإعمال حق المجني عليهم في التعويض، مثل إنشاء لجنة للتعويضات.

8- يوصي جميع أجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة ووكالاتها المتخصصة والمصارف الإنمائية والوكالات الحكومية الدولية التي تضطلع بمبادرات إنمائية بأن تتخذ إجراءات للمساهمة في القضاء على عبودية الدين، ولا سيما بتوفير مصادر تسليف بديلة لصالح العمال المستعبدين؛

The Committee has also recommended to the competent United Nations organs to provide humanitarian assistance.
كما أوصت اللجنة هيئات الأمم المتحدة المختصة بتوفير المساعدة الإنسانية.

9. Requests the Secretary-General to bring the present resolution to the attention of all Governments, the competent United Nations organs, specialized agencies, international and regional intergovernmental organizations and international humanitarian organizations, to disseminate it as widely as possible and to report on this matter to the Human Rights Council at its twenty-second session;
9- يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يوجه نظر جميع الحكومات وأجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والإقليمية والمنظمات الإنسانية الدولية إلى هذا القرار، وأن ينشره على أوسع نطاق ممكن، وأن يقدم تقريراً عن ذلك إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته الثانية والعشرين؛

In paragraph 6 of resolution 2001/6, the Commission requested the Secretary-General to bring that resolution to the attention of all Governments, the competent United Nations organs, the specialized agencies, regional intergovernmental organizations and international humanitarian organizations and to give it the widest possible publicity, and to report to the Commission on Human Rights at its fiftyeighth session.
وطلبت اللجنة إلى الأمين العام، في الفقرة 6 من القرار 2001/6 أن يوجه نظر جميع الحكومات وأجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية الإقليمية والمنظمات الإنسانية الدولية إلى هذا القرار، وأن ينشره على أوسع نطاق ممكن، وأن يقدم تقريراً عن ذلك إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان في دورتها الثامنة والخمسين.

17. 17- توصي جميع أجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة ووكالاتها المتخصصة والمصارف الإنمائية والوكالات الحكومية الدولية التي تضطلع بمبادرات إنمائية بأن تعمل على الإسهام في القضاء على استعباد المدين، لا سيما بتوفير مصادر بديلة للتسليف للعمال المستعبدين؛

22. Many States had objected to article 54, which entitled States other than the injured State to take countermeasures, because its scope was virtually unrestricted and could mean that countermeasures would be taken to protect a collective interest even while action taken by the competent United Nations organs was in progress.
22 - وقد اعترضت دول كثيرة على المادة 54 التي تعطي لأي دولة، بخلاف الدولة المضرورة، الحق في اتخاذ تدابير مضادة، لأن نطاقها غير محدود في واقع الأمر ويمكن أن يعني أن التدابير المضادة سوف تتخذ لحماية مصلحة جماعية حتى أثناء اتخاذ إجراء من جانب أجهزة الأمم المتحدة المختصة.

(c) To provide inputs for global policy-making processes of the competent United Nations organs and to participate fully in the implementation of the relevant policy and programme decisions taken by those organs;
