24 - تطلب كذلك في هذا الصدد إلى اللجنة الاستشارية المستقلة للمراجعة أن تقوم، وفقا لاختصاصاتها، بإسداء المشورة إلى الجمعية العامة عن التدابير التي تكفل امتثال الإدارة لمراجعة الحسابات التي أجراها مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية والتوصيات الصادرة عنه؛

By resolution 61/275, the terms of reference of the Committee were approved, including that the Committee will advise the Assembly on measures to ensure the compliance of management with audit and other oversight recommendations.
وقد أُقرت، بموجب القرار 61/275، اختصاصات اللجنة المذكورة، ومن بينها أن تقوم اللجنة بإسداء المشورة إلى الجمعية بشأن التدابير اللازمة لكفالة امتثال الإدارة للتوصيات المتعلقة بمراجعة الحسابات والتوصيات الأخرى المتعلقة بالرقابة.

24. Further requests in this regard the Independent Audit Advisory Committee, in accordance with its terms of reference, to advise the General Assembly on measures to ensure the compliance of management with the audit and recommendations of the Office of Internal Oversight Services;
24 - تطلب كذلك في هذا الصدد إلى اللجنة الاستشارية المستقلة للمراجعة أن تقوم، وفقا لاختصاصاتها، بإسداء المشورة إلى الجمعية العامة عن التدابير الواجب اتخاذها لضمان امتثال الإدارة لمراجعة الحسابات التي أجراها مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية والتوصيات الصادرة عنه؛

1.57 The Committee is responsible for advising the General Assembly on the scope, results and effectiveness of audit and other oversight functions, and on measures to ensure the compliance of management with audit and other oversight recommendations.
1-57 واللجنة مسؤولة عن إسداء المشورة إلى الجمعية العامة بشأن نطاق ونتائج وفعالية مراجعة الحسابات وغيرها من المهام الرقابية، وبشأن التدابير اللازمة لكفالة امتثال الإدارة للتوصيات المنبثقة عن مراجعة الحسابات وآليات الرقابة الأخرى.

13. Under paragraph 2 (b) of its terms of reference, the Committee is mandated to advise the General Assembly on measures to ensure the compliance of management with audit and other oversight recommendations.

32. The IAAC terms of reference required it to advise the General Assembly on measures to ensure the compliance of management with oversight body recommendations so as to foster accountability.
32 - ويتعيَّن على اللجنة الاستشارية المستقلة للمراجعة بموجب اختصاصاتها أن تقدم اللجنة إلى الجمعية العامة المشورة بشأن التدابير الكفيلة بتحقيق امتثال الإدارة لتوصيات الهيئات الرقابية ليتسنى تعزيز المساءلة.

وتمشيا واختصاصات اللجنة الاستشارية المستقلة للمراجعة، بصيغتها الواردة في مرفق القرار 61/275، تتمثل مسؤوليات اللجنة في إسداء المشورة إلى الجمعية العامة بشأن نطاق المراجعة، ونتائجها، ومدى فعاليتها، إلى جانب مهام رقابية أخرى، وإسداء المشورة إلى الجمعية بخصوص التدابير الرامية إلى كفالة امتثال الإدارة للتوصيات التي تتمخض عنها مراجعة الحسابات وغيرها من توصيات الرقابة.

In accordance with the terms of reference for the Independent Audit Advisory Committee as contained in the annex to resolution 61/275, the responsibilities of the Committee are to advise the General Assembly on the scope, results and effectiveness of audit as well as other oversight functions, and to advise the Assembly on measures to ensure the compliance of management with audit and other oversight recommendations.
3 - وتماشيا مع اختصاصات اللجنة الاستشارية المستقلة للمراجعة، كما وردت في مرفق القرار 61/275، تتمثل مسؤوليات اللجنة في إسداء المشورة إلى الجمعية العامة بشأن نطاق المراجعة، ونتائجها، ومدى فعاليتها، إلى جانب مهام رقابية أخرى، وإسداء المشورة إلى الجمعية بخصوص التدابير الرامية إلى كفالة امتثال الإدارة للتوصيات التي تتمخض عنها مراجعة الحسابات وغيرها من توصيات الرقابة.
