7. Calls upon all States, in complying with their reporting obligations to the Committee under paragraph 1 of article 44 of the Convention, to include, in accordance with the Committee's guidelines, information on the situation and the needs of children with disabilities, including disaggregated data, and on the measures taken to ensure to such children their enjoyment of the rights under the Convention;
٧ - تطلب إلى جميــع الــدول، عنــد الوفاء بالتزاماتها بتقديم التقارير إلى اللجنــة بموجب الفقرة ١ من المادة ٤٤ من الاتفاقية، أن تضمنها، وفقا للمبادئ التوجيهية للجنة، معلومات عن حالة اﻷطفال المعوقين واحتياجاتهم، تتضمن بيانات تفصيلية، وعن التدابير المتخذة لكفالة تمتع هؤلاء اﻷطفال بالحقوق التي تكفلها الاتفاقية.

11. Urges Governments to cover fully the question of the human rights of persons with disabilities in complying with their reporting obligations under the relevant United Nations human rights instruments;
11- تحث الحكومات على أن تتناول كامل مسألة حقوق الإنسان للمعوقين لدى امتثالها للالتزامات المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير بمقتضى صكوك الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان؛

It is vital that States address disability-related issues more systematically when complying with their reporting obligations.
ومن الأهمية الحيوية أن تعالج الدول المسائل المتصلة بالعجز بصورة أكثر منهجية عند الامتثال لالتزاماتها المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير.

7. Calls upon all States, in complying with their reporting obligations to the Committee under paragraph 1 of article 44 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child,4 to include, in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee,CRC/C/58. information on the situation and the needs of children with disabilities, including disaggregated data, and on the measures taken to ensure to such children their enjoyment of the rights under the Convention;
٧ - تهيب بجميع الدول، عند الوفاء بالتزاماتها بتقديم التقارير إلى اللجنة بموجب الفقرة ١ من المادة ٤٤ من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل)٤(، أن تضمنها، وفقا للمبادئ التوجيهية للجنة)١١(، معلومات عن حالة اﻷطفال المعوقين واحتياجاتهم، تتضمن بيانات تفصيلية، وعن التدابير المتخذة لكفالة تمتع هؤلاء اﻷطفال بالحقوق التي تكفلها الاتفاقية؛

15. Urges Governments to address fully the question of the human rights of persons with disabilities in complying with their reporting obligations under the relevant United Nations human rights instruments and welcomes the efforts of those Governments that have begun to do so;
15- تحث الحكومات على أن تتناول بالكامل مسألة حقوق الإنسان للمعوقين لدى امتثالها للالتزامات المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير بمقتضى صكوك الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان المتصلة بهذا الموضوع، وترحب بجهود الحكومات التي بدأت تطبق ذلك؛

14. Urges Governments to address fully, in consultation with, inter alia, national human rights institutions and organizations of persons with disabilities, the question of the human rights of persons with disabilities in complying with their reporting obligations under the relevant United Nations human rights instruments and welcomes the efforts of those Governments that have begun to do so;
14- تحث الحكومات على أن تتناول بالكامل، وبالتشاور مع جهات من بينها المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان ومنظمات المعوقين، مسألة حقوق الإنسان للمعوقين لدى امتثالها للالتزامات المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير بمقتضى صكوك الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان المتصلة بهذا الموضوع، وترحب بجهود الحكومات التي بدأت تطبق ذلك؛

52. The participants recommended that OHCHR expand and systematize its capacity-building and technical assistance activities in relation to the submission of reports, in particular when States face difficulties in complying with their reporting obligations.
52 - أوصى المشاركون بأن تتوسع مفوضية حقوق الإنسان وتنتظمَ في الأنشطة التي تضطلع بها لبناء القدرات وتقديم المساعدة التقنية فيما يتصل بتقديم التقارير، ولا سيما عندما تواجه الدول صعوبات في الامتثال لالتزاماتها المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير.
