76. As per standard practice, in the joint meetings of the COP and the CMP during the high-level segment, arrangements should be made for the delivery of concise national statements by ministers and other heads of delegation, with a time limit of three minutes.
76- ووفقاً للممارسة المعتادة، ينبغي أن تُتَّخذ في الجلسات المشتركة بين مؤتمر الأطراف ومؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف أثناء الجزء الرفيع المستوى الترتيبات اللازمة ليدلي الوزراء وسائر رؤساء الوفود ببيانات وطنية موجزة() لا تتجاوز مدة ثلاث دقائق.

The SBI recommended that arrangements be made for the delivery of concise national statements by ministers and heads of delegation in the joint meetings of the COP and the CMP during the highlevel segment to be held from 16 to 18 December 2009.
105- وأوصت الهيئة الفرعية بأن تتخذ الترتيبات اللازمة لإدلاء الوزراء ورؤساء الوفود() ببيانات وطنية موجزة في الجلسات المشتركة لمؤتمر الأطراف ومؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في أثناء الجزء الرفيع المستوى المقرر عقده في الفترة من 16 إلى 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009.

The SBI concluded that arrangements be made for the delivery of concise national statements by ministers and other heads of delegation, with a recommended time limit of three minutes, and concise statements by representatives of intergovernmental organizations and NGOs, with a recommended time limit of two minutes, in the joint meetings of the COP and the CMP during the high-level segment.
205- وخلصت الهيئة الفرعية إلى ضرورة اتخاذ الترتيبات اللازمة لكي يدلي الوزراء ورؤساء الوفود الآخرون ببيانات وطنية موجزة يوصى بألا تتجاوز مدتها ثلاث دقائق، وليدلي ممثلو المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية ببيانات موجزة يوصى بألا تتجاوز مدتها دقيقتين في الجلسات المشتركة بين مؤتمر الأطراف ومؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف خلال الجزء الرفيع المستوى.

233- واتفقت الهيئة الفرعية فيما يتعلق بالجلسات المشتركة لمؤتمر الأطراف ومؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف أثناء الجزء الرفيع المستوى على أن تُتّخذ الترتيبات اللازمة ليدلي الوزراء وسائر رؤساء الوفود ببيانات وطنية موجزة لا تتجاوز مدة الثلاث دقائق الموصى بها، وليدلي ممثلو المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية ببيانات موجزة لا تتجاوز مدة الدقيقتين الموصى بهما.
