Requests the secretariat to develop, by 15 March 2004, a proposal for the appropriate electronic format for reporting supplementary information on emission reduction units, certified emission reductions, assigned amount units and removal units, for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice at its twentieth session;
2- يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تعد، في موعد أقصاه 15 آذار/مارس 2004، اقتراحاً بشأن النموذج الإلكتروني للإبلاغ عن المعلومات التكميلية بشأن وحدات خفض الانبعاثات، وتخفيضات الانبعاثات المعتمدة، ووحدات الكميات المخصصة، ووحدات الإزالة، لكي تنظر فيه الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية في دورتها العشرين؛

The LULUCF section of these guidelines may be further modified following the consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA), at its twenty-third session, of the views and experiences of Parties on the CRF tables.

4. Requests the secretariat to prepare a synthesis report on the technical assessment process, for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice after the first year of technical assessments;
4- يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تعد تقريراً توليفياً عن عملية التقييم التقني لكي تنظر فيه الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية بعد العام الأول من التقييمات التقنية؛

5. Requests the secretariat, drawing on the experience in the compilation and synthesis of national communications, to prepare a report on the guidelines for the preparation of first communications by Annex I Parties for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice and the Subsidiary Body for Implementation before the second session of the Conference of the Parties;
٥- يطلب إلى اﻷمانة أن تعد، في ضوء تجربتها في تجميع وتوليف البلاغات الوطنية، تقريرا عن المبادئ التوجيهية ﻹعداد البلاغات اﻷولى من جانب اﻷطراف المدرجة في المرفق وذلك كي تنظر فيه الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية والهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ قبل الدورة الثانية لمؤتمر اﻷطراف؛

The Conference of the Parties (COP), by its decision 12/CP.9, requested the secretariat to prepare an annual report on inventory review activities, including any recommendation resulting from the lead reviewers' meetings, for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA).
1- طلب مؤتمر الأطراف من الأمانة، بمقرره 12/م أ-9، إعداد تقرير سنوي عن أنشطة استعراض قوائم الجرد يتضمن أية توصية تنبثق عن اجتماعات خبراء الاستعراض الرئيسيين لكي تنظر فيه الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية.

Requests the secretariat, in working on these specifications, to closely collaborate with technical experts and submit a report on progress for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice at its nineteenth session;
4- يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تقوم، لدى وضْع تلك المواصفات، بالتعاون على نحو وثيق مع الخبراء الفنيين، وأن تقدم تقريراً عن التقدم المحرز كيّ تنظر فيه الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية في دورتها التاسعة عشرة؛

The Conference of the Parties (COP), by its decision 24/CP.8, requested the secretariat to submit a report on progress in developing the specifications of the standards for data exchange between registry systems, for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) at its nineteenth session.
طلب مؤتمر الأطراف، بمقرره 24/م أ-8، إلى الأمانة أن تقدم تقريراً عن التقدم المحرز في وضع مواصفات معايير تبادل البيانات بين نظم السجلات، لكي تنظر فيه الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية في دورتها التاسعة عشرة.

The COP also requested the secretariat, in working on these specifications, to closely collaborate with technical experts and submit a report on progress for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) at its nineteenth session.
3- وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف أيضاً إلى الأمانة أن تقوم، عند وضع هذه المواصفات، بالتعاون على نحو وثيق مع الخبراء التقنيين وأن تقدم تقريراً عن التقدم المحرز لكي تنظر فيه الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية في دورتها التاسعة عشرة.

Preparing draft technical standards, as referred to in paragraph 1 above, for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice at its sixteenth and seventeenth sessions;
(أ) إعداد مشروع معايير تقنية على النحو المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 أعلاه كي تنظر فيه الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية في دورتيها السادسة عشرة والسابعة عشرة؛

Requesting the secretariat, subject to availability of supplementary funding, to organize a workshop on methodological issues identified in paragraph 7 (a) above, before its twenty-ninth session, and to prepare a report on the workshop for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice at that session;
(ب) أن يُطلب إلى الأمانة، رهناً بتوافر تمويل إضافي، تنظيم حلقة عمل بشأن القضايا المنهجية المحددة في الفقرة 7(أ) أعلاه، قبل عقد دورتها التاسعة والعشرين، وإعداد تقرير بشأن حلقة العمل هذه كي تنظر فيه الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية في تلك الدورة؛

Requests the secretariat to prepare a report assessing the implementation of these guidelines, taking into account, inter alia, the experience gained by Parties included in Annex I to the Convention, the secretariat and the review experts, for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice at its first session in the year 2006.
4- يطلب إلى الأمانة إعداد تقرير لتقييم تنفيذ هذه المبادئ التوجيهية على أن يكون من بين ما تراعيه الخبرة التي اكتسبتها الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية والأمانة وخبراء الاستعراض لكي تنظر الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية فيه في دورتها الأولى التي تعقد في عام 2006.
