وفي الفقرة الثانية، أدخلت العبارة " إعطاء أو تلقِّي مبالغ مالية أو منافع التماسا للحصول على موافقة شخص له سيطرة على شخص آخر " لكي تبيّن شكلا مشددا للعقوبة من أشكال هذا الجُرم.

Those means are threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, abduction, fraud, deception, abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person.
وهذه الوسائل هي استعمال القوة أو التهديد باستعمالها أو غير ذلك من أشكال القسر أو الاختطاف أو الاحتيال أو الخداع أو استغلال السلطة أو استغلال حالة استضعاف، أو إعطاء أو تلقّي مبالغ مالية أو مزايا لنيل موافقة شخص له سيطرة على شخص آخر.

The definition of trafficking includes the recruitment, transportation or receipt of persons by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, fraud or deception, to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation, including forced labour, slavery or servitude.
ويشمل تعريف الاتجار استقدام أشخاص أو نقلهم أو استقبالهم بواسطة التهديد بالقوة أو استعمالها أو غير ذلك من أشكال القسر أو الاحتيال أو الخداع لنيل موافقة شخص له سيطرة على شخص آخر لغرض الاستغلال. ويشمل الاستغلال السخرة أو الاسترقاق أو الاستعباد.

(b) By the giving or receiving of unlawful payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of prostitution or other sexual exploitation or forced labour.

" People trafficking " is defined under the Order as the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of a person for the purposes of exploitation through means such as threat, use of force, abduction, fraud, deception, abuse of power of a position of vulnerability and the giving/receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person.
ويُعرَّف " الاتجار بالأشخاص " طبقا للمرسوم بأنه استقدام شخص، أو نقله أو إعارته، أو إيوائه أو استلامه لأغراض الاستغلال بوسائل من قبيل التهديد، أو استخدام القوة، أو الاختطاف، أو الاحتيال، أو الخداع، أو استغلال حالة ضعف أو اعطاء/الحصول على مبالغ مالية أو امتيازات لنيل موافقة شخص له سيطرة على شخص آخر.

(g) abuse of position of vulnerability: Azerbaijan, Chad, El Salvador, Honduras, Kazakhstan and Thailand; and (h) giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Chad, Honduras, New Zealand and Peru.

The means mentioned in article 3 (b) are enumerated in article 3 (a) as follows: " the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation " .
