14- ينبغي للحكومات أن تشجّع أجهزتها المعنية بإنفاذ القانون على استحداث ثقافة تنظيمية والأخذ بتدابير تعزّز نـزاهتها وثقة الجمهور في عملياتها بغية منع الممارسات الفاسدة أو سوء استخدام السلطة الرسمية والحد منها ومراقبتها.

In the areas of corrupt practices and the illegal transfer of funds, actions by the international banking community in the control of money-laundering and the consequent facilitation of repatriation of funds were cited as key areas for follow-up.
وفي مجالي الممارسات الفاسدة وتحويل الأموال بشكل غير مشروع، ذُكرت كمجالات رئيسية للمتابعة الإجراءات التي يتخذها المجتمع المصرفي الدولي لمراقبة غسل الأموال، وبعد ذلك تيسير إعادة هذه الأموال إلى أوطانها.
