In that resolution, the Conference requested the Working Group to continue its deliberations with a view to further developing cumulative knowledge in the area of asset recovery, especially with regard to the implementation of chapter V, entitled " Asset recovery " , of the Convention against Corruption.
وطلب المؤتمر في ذلك القرار إلى الفريق العامل مواصلة مداولاته بغية زيادة تنمية المعارف المتراكمة في مجال استرداد الموجودات، وخصوصا فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ الفصل الخامس، المعنون " استرداد الموجودات " ، من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد.

In the same resolution, the Conference of the States Parties decided that the Working Group was to assist the Conference of the States Parties in developing cumulative knowledge in the area of asset recovery, especially on the implementation of articles 52-58 of the Convention, such as through mechanisms for locating, freezing, seizing, confiscating and returning the instruments and proceeds of corruption.
2- وفي القرار نفسه، قرر مؤتمر الدول الأطراف أن يتولى الفريق العامل مساعدة المؤتمر على اكتساب معارف تراكمية في مجال استرداد الموجودات، خصوصا فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ المواد 52 إلى 58 من الاتفاقية بوسائل مثل آليات لتحديد أدوات الفساد وعائداته وتجميدها وحجزها ومصادرتها وإرجاعها.

طلب المؤتمر في قراره 2/3 إلى الفريق العامل مواصلة مداولاته بغية زيادة تنمية المعارف المتراكمة في مجال استرداد الموجودات، وخصوصا فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ الفصل الخامس من الاتفاقية، المعنون " استرداد الموجودات " .

Moreover, pursuant to its resolution 1/4, the Conference of the States Parties to the Convention established the Open-Ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery to, inter alia, assist it in developing cumulative knowledge in the area of asset recovery.
39- بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أنشأ مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية عملا بقراره 1/4، الفريقَ العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني باسترداد الموجودات، لأجل مساعدة المؤتمر في جملة أمور منها تكوين رصيد معرفي في مجال استرداد الموجودات.
