3. For a signatory who ratifies this Treaty after the date of the deposit of the [twenty-eighth] [thirty-fifth] instrument of ratification, it shall enter into force for that signatory on the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification.

In respect of each sponsoring State, provide the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification of, or accession or succession to, the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and the date of its consent to be bound by the Agreement relating to the Implementation of Part XI of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 December 1982.

In such cases, any such amendments shall enter into force for each of those parties on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
