3. Convening an emergency meeting of the States Parties to address the situation upon the request by depository Governments or one third of the States Parties within 30 days of receipt of such notice, given that the withdrawal is a tremendous challenge to the NPT States Parties.
(أ) عقد اجتماع طارئ للدول الأطراف لمعالجة الوضع بناء على طلب الحكومات الوديعة أو ثلث الدول الأطراف، في غضون ثلاثين يوماً من استلام مثل هذا الإخطار، نظراً إلى أن الانسحاب يعد تحدياً هائلاً للدول الأطراف في معاهدة عدم الانتشار.

The NAM States Parties to the NPT have considered the Note Verbal from Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs dated 21 February 2007 transmitting the Notice by the NPT depository Governments on the Procedures for the Non-Proliferation Treaty Review Conference, in performance of their Depository duties under the Treaty.
فقد نظرت دول حركة عدم الانحياز الأطراف في معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية في المذكرة الشفوية المؤرخة 21 شباط/فبراير 2007 الموجهة من وزير صاحبة الجلالة الأول للشؤون الخارجية وشؤون الكمنولث يحيل بها مذكرة الحكومات الوديعة لمعاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية بشأن إجراءات مؤتمر استعراض المعاهدة، تنفيذا للمهام الموكولة إليها بوصفها حكومات وديعة بموجب المعاهدة.
