Regarding the 2012-2013 programme and budgets, the Group endorsed Industrial Development Board decision 39/Dec.7.

142. Regarding the programme and budgets, Industrial Development Board decision IDB.27/Dec.6 was broadly in line with the principle of improving technical cooperation activities in those areas where UNIDO had a comparative advantage and gave the Organization the necessary resources to meet its technical cooperation delivery targets.
142- فيما يتعلق بالبرنامج والميزانيتين، فان مقرر مجلس التنمية الصناعية م ت ص-27/م-6 يتطابق عموما مع مبدأ تحسين أنشطة التعاون التقني في المجالات التي تتمتع فيها اليونيدو بمزية نسبية وتمنح المنظمة الموارد الضرورية لتحقيق أهدافها في مجال التعاون التقني.

Perhaps the same approach should be adopted as in Industrial Development Board decision IDB.36/Dec.12 (see document GC.13/4), in which it had been decided that unspent balances of collections for the biennium 2006-2007 that amounted to Euro6.8 million should be returned to Member States.
وربما لا بد من اعتماد نفس النهج المعتمد في مقرر مجلس التنمية الصناعية م ت ص-36/م-12 (انظر الوثيقة GC.13/4) حيث تَقرر إعادة الأرصدة غير المنفقة من الاشتراكات المحصَّلة عن فترة السنتين 2006-2007، والبالغة 6.8 ملايين يورو، إلى الدول الأعضاء.

Mr. BOURITA (Morocco) said that Industrial Development Board decision IDB.18/Dec.5 reproduced in annex I to the report on the Board’s resumed eighteenth session (GC.7/6/Add.1) included a paragraph (f) which was not reflected in the text in document GC.7/CRP.7. A corresponding paragraph should be added.
٢ - السيد بوريطة )المغرب( : قال إن مقرر مجلس التنمية الصناعية م ت ص - ١٨/م - ٥ المستنسخ في المرفق اﻷول للتقرير عن دورة المجلس الثامنة عشرة المستأنفة )GC.7/6/Add.1( تتضمن فقرة )و( لا ترد في النص الوارد في الوثيقة GC.7/CRP.7 ، وإنه ينبغي إضافة فقرة مقابلة لها .

The President drew attention to Industrial Development Board decision IDB.41/Dec.5, contained in annex I to the Board's report on its forty-first session, and to the provisional agenda for the Conference session contained in document GC.15/1.
١- الرئيسة: استرعت الانتباه إلى مقرَّر مجلس التنمية الصناعية م ت ص-41/م-5، الوارد في المرفق الأول بتقريره عن دورته الحادية والأربعين، وإلى جدول الأعمال المؤقَّت لدورة المؤتمر الوارد في الوثيقةGC.15/1 .

In accordance with Industrial Development Board decision IDB.4/Dec.29, all outstanding payments have been made to the United Nations during the biennium 2004-2005 in repayment of the United Nations loan provided at the time UNIDO became a specialized agency.
68- عملا بمقرر مجلس التنمية الصناعية م ت ص-4/م-29، سددت إلى الأمم المتحدة خلال فترة السنتين 2004-2005 جميع المدفوعات المستحقة وفاء للقرض الذي قدمته الأمم المتحدة لليونيدو عندما تحوّلت إلى وكالة متخصصة.

(d) Noted that, in accordance with Industrial Development Board decision IDB.30/Dec.5, a part of the requirement for windows replacement amounting to Euro215,670, shall be financed from savings achieved in the biennium 2004-2005;
