As requested by the Council, the technical assessment mission and MONUC initiated work on the development of a strategic workplan with appropriate benchmarks to measure and track progress on the implementation of activities mandated by the Security Council in paragraphs 3 and 4 of resolution 1856 (2008).
38 - وبناء على طلب المجلس، شرعت بعثة التقييم التقني، بالاشتراك مع بعثة منظمة الأمم المتحدة في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، في وضع خطة عمل استراتيجية تشتمل على معايير مناسبة لقياس وتتبع التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ الأنشطة المقررة في الفقرتين 3 و 4 من القرار 1856 (2008).

In its resolution 1861 (2009), the Security Council requested me to inform the Council on the development of a strategic workplan that would contain indicative timelines to measure and track progress on the implementation of those benchmarks, with a view to meeting them by 15 March 2011.
