وفي إطار السوق المشتركة لشرق أفريقيا والجنوب الأفريقي (الكوميسا)، توافق الدول الأطراف على أنه يجب حظر أية ممارسة تتنافى مع هدف التجارة الحرة والمتحررة؛ ولهذه الغاية توافق الدول الأطراف على حظر أي اتفاق بين مشاريع أو أية ممارسة مدبَّرة يتمثل هدفها أو أثرها في منع أو تقييد أو تشويه المنافسة داخل السوق المشتركة للكوميسا.

49.
