6. The Iranian forces again shelled the Qal'at Dizah Basin and adjacent areas on 20 April 1993. Owing to the shelling, many families left for the area of Raniyah.
٦ - عـاودت القـوات اﻹيرانيـة قصـف حـوض قلعـة دزة والمناطـق المجـاورة لها خلال يوم ٢٠ نيسان/ابريل ١٩٩٣ ونزحت جراء القصف، العديد من العائلات إلى منطقة رانية.

4. In the course of last week, scattered localities in the Qal`at Dizah basin and the Panjwin area came under intermittent and random Iranian bombardment that caused damage, set fire to agricultural land and wounded a number of the residents, who began to evacuate themselves further inside Iraqi territory.
٤ - تعرضت بعض اﻷماكن المتفرقة في حوض قلعة دزة ومنطقة بنجوين خلال الاسبوع الماضي إلى قصف مدفعي إيراني عشوائي متقطع تسبب في إحداث أضرار في اﻷماكن المشار إليها وحرق مساحات من اﻷراضي الزراعية وجرح عدد من المواطنين الذين أخذوا ينزحون إلى عمق اﻷراضي العراقية.

The Iranian armed forces bombarded with tube-launchers the villages of Duri, Nuruddin, Gira and Balinah to the south-west of Qal`at Dizah and some 10 to 15 kilometres inside Iraqi territory. The bombardment caused the destruction of a number of dwellings and the displacement of the inhabitants further inside Iraqi territory.
قامت القوات اﻹيرانية المسلحة بقصف قرى دوري ونوردين، وكيره وبلينه الواقعة جنوب شرق قلعة دزه وبعمق ١٠ الى ١٥ كم داخل اﻷراضي العراقية بالقاذفات اﻷنبوبية وقد أدى القصف الى تهديم عدد من الدور ونزوح سكنة القرى الى عمق اﻷراضي العراقية.

4. On 18 December 2000, 12 Turkish trucks towing heavy howitzers entered the northern region and headed towards Raniyah and Qal`at Dizah to assist the PUK.
4 - بتاريخ 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2000 دخلت المنطقة الشمالية 12 شاحنة تركية تسحب خلفها مدافع ثقيلة متجهة إلى رانية وقلعة دزة لمساعدة زمرة الاتحاد.

7. The Turkish forces are concentrated in the Khawakurak, Diyana and Koysanjaq sectors, and Turkish aircraft are reconnoitring the positions of the elements hostile to the PUK in the Qal`at Dizah, Raniyah and Qindil sectors.
7 - تتحشد القوات التركية في قواطع خواكورك، ديانا وكويسنجق وتقوم الطائرات التركية بطلعات استطلاعية لمواقع عناصر معادية لزمرة الاتحاد في قواطع قلعة دزة ورانية وقنديل.

(a) Northern region: 14 sorties flown at speeds of 600 to 900 kilometres per hour and at medium altitudes, centred over Zakho, Amadiyah, Aqrah, Shaqlawah, Rawanduz, Raniyah, Qal'at Dizah, Dukan, Shirwan and Sidkan.

Iranian forces carried out an artillery bombardment of the Baykas slope and the districts of Halshu, Biklu, Darrah Shamanah and Shalmarah to the east of Qal`at Dizah, five to eight kilometres inside Iraqi territory.
قصفت القوات اﻹيرانية بالمدفعية عارضة بيكاس ومناطق هلشو، بيكلو، دره شمانه وشلمرة الواقعة شرق قلعة دزة وبعمق ٥-٨ كم داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وقد أدى القصف إلى مقتل أحد السكان وجرح ثلاثة آخرين.

1. On the night of 19 to 20 September 1993, the area of Duwaili north-west of Qal'at Dizah 12 kilometres inside Iraqi territory in the northern sector of the country was subjected to bombardment by the artillery of the Iranian regime.
١ - ليلة ١٩-٢٠ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣ تعرضت منطقة دويلي شمال غرب قلعة دزة وبعمق ١٢ كم داخل اﻷراضي العراقية في القاطع الشمالي، للقصف من قبل مدفعية النظام اﻹيراني.

2. On the night of 20/21 September 1993, the areas of Halshu, Darah Shamanah, Beglu and Hiro east of Qal'at Dizah 6 to 8 kilometres inside Iraqi territory in the northern sector of the country were subjected to bombardment by the Iranian regime.
٢ - ليلة ٢٠-٢١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣ تعرضت مناطق هلشو ودره شمانه وبيك لو وهيرو، شرق قلعة دزة بعمق ٦-٨ كم داخل اﻷراضي العراقية في القاطع الشمالي، إلى قصف من قبل النظام اﻹيراني.

3. On the night of 22/23 September 1993, the areas of Suna, Sarkhan and Zakzakah north-east of Qal'at Dizah 2 to 4 kilometres inside Iraqi territory in the northern sector of the country were subjected to bombardment by the Iranian regime.
٣ - ليلة ٢٢-٢٣ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣ تعرضت مناطق سونة وسرخن وزكزكة شمال شرق قلعة دزة وبعمق ٢-٤ كم داخل اﻷراضي العراقية في القاطع الشمالي، إلى قصف من قبل النظام اﻹيراني.

4. On 25 September 1993, the areas of Qandul and Kunah Kanaw south-east of Qal'at Dizah 2 to 4 kilometres inside Iraqi territory in the northern sector of the country were subjected to bombardment by the Iranian regime.
٤ - يوم ٢٥ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣ تعرضت منطقتي قندول وكونة كناو جنوب شرق قلعة دزة وبعمق ٢-٤ كم داخل اﻷراضي العراقية في القاطع الشمالي، للقصف من قبل النظام الايراني.

5. On 27 September 1993, the areas of Bastah and Sarakhan north-east of Qal'at Dizah 2 to 4 kilometres inside Iraqi territory in the northern sector of the country were subjected to bombardment by the Iranian regime.
٥ - يوم ٢٧ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣ تعرضت منطقتي بسته وسرخن شمال شرق قلعة دزة وبعمق ٤-٦ كم داخل اﻷراضي العراقية في القاطع الشمالي لقصف النظام اﻹيراني.

1. On the night of 30/31 July 1993, the artillery of the Iranian regime intermittently shelled the border areas of Sunah, Shinah and Shiwarazah north-east of Qal'at Dizah, setting grain fields on fire.
١ - في ليلة ٣٠/٣١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٣ قصفت مدفعية النظام الايراني وبشكل متقطع مناطق )سونه، شينة، وشيورزة( الحدودية شمال شرق قلعة دزة مما أدى الى حرق مساحات مزروعة بالحبوب.

1. On the night of 27/28 August 1993 the Iranian regime's artillery bombed the villages of Suna, Shiwarzah and Qamah Akhurah north-east of Qal'at Dizah and 3 to 5 kilometres inside Iraqi territory, as well as the Singasir area on the Raniyah-Qal'at Dizah road, 20 kilometres inside Iraqi territory.
١ - في ليلة ٢٧/٢٨ آب/اغسطس ١٩٩٣ قصفت مدفعية النظام الايراني قرى سونة وشيورزة وقمة آخورة شمال شرق قلعة دزة بعمق ٣-٥ كم داخل اﻷراضي العراقية، ومنطقة سنكسر على طريق رانية - قلعة دزة بعمق ٢٠ كم في اﻷراضي العراقية.

Iranian forces bombarded Wadi Hayzu and the Baykas slope to the east of Qal'at Dizah, four to six kilometres inside Iraqi territory. They also bombarded a number of locations near the districts of Hajj Umran, Banjwin and Khurmal, targeting populated areas.
قامت القوات اﻹيرانية بقصف وادي هيزو وعارضة بيكاس الواقعة شرق قلعة دزة وبعمق ٤-٦ كم داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وكذلك قامت بقصف عدة أماكن قرب مناطق )حاج عمران بنجوين وخورمال( مستهدفة اﻷماكن السكنية.

9. The purpose of the entry of Turkish forces into the northern part of the country and of the preparations they are making in the northern region is to launch a large-scale assault on the Raniyah and Qal`at Dizah areas, where the hostile elements are to be found following the failure of the PUK group in the most recent battles.
9 - إن الغرض من دخول القوات التركية إلى شمالي القطر والاستحضارات التي تقوم بها في المنطقة الشمالية للقيام بهجوم واسع النطاق على مناطق رانية وقلعة دزة التي تتواجد فيها العناصر المعادية وذلك بعد فشل زمرة الاتحاد في المعارك الأخيرة.
