Subject to my responsibilities to the Legal and Technical Commission, I shall not disclose, even after the termination of my functions, any industrial secret, proprietary data which are transferred to the Authority in accordance with the Convention and the Agreement, or any other confidential information coming to my knowledge by reason of my duties for the Authority.
ورهنا بمسؤولياتي تجاه اللجنة القانونية والتقنية، لن أفشي، حتى بعد انتهاء وظائفي، أية أسرار صناعية أو بيانات تكون محل ملكية نقلت إلى السلطة وفقا للاتفاقية والاتفاق، أو أية معلومات سرية أخرى تصل إلى علمي بحكم ما أؤديه من واجبات لحساب السلطة.

1. Subject to their responsibilities to the Commission, members of the Commission shall not disclose, even after the termination of their functions, any industrial secret, proprietary data which are transferred to the Authority in accordance with annex III, article 14, of the Convention, or any other confidential information coming to their knowledge by reason of their duties for the Authority.
1 - يتعين على أعضاء اللجنــة، مـــع عـــدم الإخلال بمسؤولياتهم إزاء اللجنــة، ألا يفشوا، حتى بعد انتهاء وظائفهم، أية أسرار صناعية أو بيانات ملكية نقلت إلى السلطة وفقا للمادة 14 من المرفق الثالث للاتفاقية، أو أية معلومات سرية أخرى تصل إلى علمهم بحكم ما يؤدونه من واجبات لحساب السلطة.
