3. each Party shall take measures for the mercury-added products listed in Part II of Annex A in accordance with the provisions set out therein.

5. each Party shall take measures to prevent the incorporation into assembled products of mercury-added products the manufacture, import and export of which are not allowed for it under this Article.
5 - يتخذ كل طرف تدابير لمنع إدخال منتجات مضاف إليها الزئبق لا يُسمَح بتصنيعها أو استيرادها أو تصديرها بموجب هذه المادة، في منتجات مجمَّعة.

3. each Party shall take measures to restrict the use of mercury or mercury compounds in the processes listed in Part II of Annex B in accordance with the provisions set out therein.
3 - يتخذ كل طرف تدابير لتقييد استخدام الزئبق أو مركّبات الزئبق في العمليات المدرجة في الجزء الثاني من المرفق باء، وفقاً للأحكام المحدّدة فيه.

2. each Party shall take measures to ensure that the interim storage of such mercury and mercury compounds intended for a use allowed to a Party under this Convention is undertaken in an environmentally sound manner, taking into account any guidelines, and in accordance with any requirements, adopted pursuant to paragraph 3.
2 - يتخذ كل طرف تدابير لكفالة الاضطلاع بالتخزين المؤقّت للزئبق ومركبات الزئبق المخصصة لاستخدام مسموح به لطرف ما بموجب هذه الاتفاقية بطريقة سليمة بيئياً، آخذاً في الاعتبار أي مبادئ توجيهية ووفقاً لأي اشتراطات اعتمدت عملاً بالفقرة 3.

2. each Party shall take measures to ensure that the storage of such mercury and mercury compounds intended for a use allowed to a Party under this Convention is undertaken in an environmentally sound manner taking account of any guidelines, and in accordance with any requirements, adopted pursuant to Article 13.
2 - يتخذ كل طرف تدابير لكفالة الاضطلاع بتخزين الزئبق ومركبات الزئبق المخصصة لاستخدام مسموح به لطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية بطريقة سليمة بيئياً، آخذاً في الاعتبار أي مبادئ توجيهية ووفقاً لأي اشتراطات تم اعتمادها عملاً بالمادة 13.

Article 3, paragraph 2 (a) (i), pertaining to imports, stipulates: " each Party shall take measures to ensure that a chemical listed in Annex A or Annex B is imported only for the purpose of environmentally sound disposal as set forth in paragraph 1 (d) of Article 6. "
27- المادة 3، الفقرة 2(أ) (1)، المتعلقة بالواردات تشترط أن " يتخذ كل طرف تدابير لكفالة أن أي مادة كيميائية مدرجة في المرفق ألف أو المرفق باء لا تستورد إلا لغرض التخلص السليم بيئياً، كما هو منصوص عليه في الفقرة 1(د) من المادة 6 " .
