28. The Eighth Congress adopted a resolution on corruption in government, which it recommended the development of what later became the International Code of Conduct for Public Officials, adopted by the General Assembly in its resolution 51/59 of 12 December 1996.
28- واعتمد المؤتمر الثامن قرارا بشأن الفساد في إدارة شؤون الحكم،(10) أوصى فيه بإعداد ما أصبح لاحقا المدونة الدولية لقواعد سلوك الموظفين العموميين، التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة في قرارها 51/59، المؤرخ 12 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1996.
