1. Following the resignation of Mr. Tadeusz Mazowiecki, the Chairman of the Commission on Human Rights appointed Mrs. Elisabeth Rehn as Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the territory of the former Yugoslavia on 27 September 1995.

1. The Government of the Republic of Croatia has carefully considered the report of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the former Yugoslavia, Ms. Elisabeth Rehn.
١ - نظرت حكومة جمهورية كرواتيا باهتمام في تقرير السيدة اليزابيث رين المقررة الخاصة بشأن حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في يوغوسلافيا السابقة.

On 27 September, the Chairman of the Commission on Human Rights appointed Mrs. Elisabeth Rehn (Finland) as Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the situation of human rights in the territory of the former Yugoslavia.
