The Committee is concerned about the weak enforcement of existing legislation concerning the offences covered under the Optional Protocol, including Law No. 22/2009 of 12 August 2009 governing media, which prohibits the sale, exhibition, access and distribution of pornographic and other inappropriate information to children and youth.
