When the period of temporary protection under the Asylum and Refugees Act has elapsed, the expulsion is impossible or there is a need to postpone the enforcement of the measures for reasons of health or humanitarian nature, the authority which issued the order is entitled to defer its enforcement until the impediments to its enforcement are eliminated.
