١٨ - واستطــرد يقــول، فيما يتعلق بأسعار التحويل، إنه ينبغي المحافظة على أسعار صرف السوق، إلا بالنسبة لبعض الدول اﻷعضاء التي قد يؤدي استخدام هذه اﻷسعار إلى تقلبات أو تشوهات مفرطة في دخلها.

On the issue of conversion rates, it appeared that market exchange rates yielded more accurate results, but Ghana had taken note of the recommendation that price-adjusted or other rates of exchange should be used in the case of States for which the use of market exchange rates caused excessive fluctuations or distortions in income.
