During its one hundred forty-sixth session, the Executive Board of UNESCO expressed its support of the conclusions and recommendations contained in the JIU report, particularly those related to public information and communication functions, coordination between communication operations at Headquarters and in the field, the participation of the beneficiaries of development and two-way communication strategies.
