It recommended that Qatar: effectively implement the current laws combating trafficking; ensure systematic procedures to identify victims of trafficking among vulnerable groups and provide protection for victims and access for them to medical, social rehabilitative and legal services; and create adequate conditions for victims to exercise their right to make complaints, and conduct effective investigations into all allegations of trafficking.
وأوصت اللجنة قطر بتنفيذ القوانين الحالية لمكافحة الاتجار بالبشر تنفيذاً فعالاً، وضمان وجود إجراءات منهجية لتحديد ضحايا الاتجار بالبشر من بين المجموعات الضعيفة، وتوفير الحماية لهم وسبل حصولهم على الخدمات الطبية وخدمات إعادة التأهيل الاجتماعي والخدمات القانونية وتهيئة الظروف المواتية لتمكينهم من ممارسة حقهم في تقديم الشكاوى والتحقيق في كل الادعاءات المتعلقة بالاتجار بالبشر(61).

27. CAT was concerned at trafficking in women and children for sexual and other exploitative purposes, and urged Jordan to prevent and combat such trafficking, create adequate conditions for victims to exercise their right to make complaints, investigate all allegations of trafficking, prosecute and punish perpetrators with appropriate penalties.
27- وأعربت لجنة مناهضة التعذيب عن قلقها إزاء الاتجار بالنساء والأطفال لأغراض جنسية ولأغراض استغلالية أخرى، وحثت الأردن على منع هذا الاتجار ومكافحته وتهيئة الظروف المواتية لتمكين الضحايا من ممارسة حقهم في تقديم الشكاوى، والتحقيق في جميع الادعاءات المتعلقة بالاتجار، ومقاضاة الجناة ومعاقبتهم بعقوبات مناسبة(55).
