Norway also recognizes its obligations to take appropriate measures to provide access by persons with disabilities to the support they may require in exercising their legal capacity.

53. Paragraph 3 requires States parties to take appropriate measures to provide persons with disabilities with the support they may require in exercising their legal capacity.

100. Concerning support available to persons with disabilities in the realm of exercising their legal capacity and managing their financial affairs, as set out in article 12 of the Convention, the Ministry of Social Affairs has on several occasions followed up with Qatar Central Bank on the subject of a mechanism for enabling persons with disabilities to manage their own financial affairs.

(3) States Parties shall take appropriate measures to provide access by persons with disabilities to the support they may require in exercising their legal capacity.
