13. By its resolution 1995/57 of 3 March 1995, the Commission on Human Rights encouraged the representative of the Secretary-General on internally displaced persons to continue his review of the need for protection of and assistance to internally displaced persons, including, inter alia, his compilation and analysis of existing rules and norms.
٣١- شجعت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان بموجب قرارها ٥٩٩١/٧٥ المؤرخ في ٣ آذار/مارس ٥٩٩١ ممثل اﻷمين العام المعني بالمشردين داخليا على أن يواصل استعراضه لاحتياجات الحماية والمساعدة لﻷشخاص المشردين داخليا، بما في ذلك قيامه بتجميع وتحليل القواعد والمعايير القائمة.

1. In accordance with Commission on Human Rights resolution 1994/68, in which the Commission encouraged the Representative to continue his compilation and analysis of existing rules and norms relating to internal displacement, the Representative draws the attention of the Commission to document E/CN.4/1995/CRP.1 containing the work completed thus far in this respect.
١- وفقا لقرار لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان ١٩٩٤/٦٨ الذي شجعت فيه اللجنة الممثل على أن يواصل تجميع وتحليل القواعد والمعايير القائمة المتصل بالتشريد الداخلي يلفت الممثل انتباه اللجنة إلى الوثيقة E/CN.4/1995/CRP.1 التي تضم اﻷعمال المستكملة حتى اﻵن في هذا الصدد.

Concurring with this conclusion, the General Assembly, in resolution 48/135, encouraged the Representative to continue his review of the needs for international protection of and assistance to internally displaced persons, including through the compilation and analysis of existing rules and norms.
