The courts and jurisprudence considered any sexual act committed with violence against a female person, whether that violence was physical or moral, to constitute the crime of rape.
وتعتبر المحاكم كل فعل جنسي يتضمن استخدام العنف البدني ضد أنثى سواء أكان بدنياً أو معنوياً بوصفه يشكِّل جريمة اغتصاب.

The subject of this crime is a female person of 16 years of age or over.

3. The perpetrator of both types of crime described above can be either male or female, while the victim is a female person of full age, irrespective of her marital status and sex experience; the perpetrator may be punished by imprisonment from three months to five years.

The Penal Code of the FRY defined the criminal act of pander which is committed by whoever procures, induces or encourages female persons to practice prostitution or whoever participates in any way in handing over a female person to another in order to have her practice prostitution.
وتعرِّف مدونة عقوبات جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية الأعمال الفاحشة الإجرامية التي يرتكبها كل من يجلب الإناث أو يحرضهن أو يشجعهن على ممارسة البغاء أو كل من يشارك بأية طريقة في تسليم أنثى إلى شخص آخر لكي تمارس البغاء.

206. Under Syrian law, a juvenile is any male or female person under 18 years of age (Juvenile Delinquents Act, art. 1).

137. Article 200 provides, inter alia, that any person who induces or abets a male or a female person to engage in an obscene act or in prostitution shall be punished by imprisonment for no more than two years and/or a fine of no more than 1,000 rupees.
137- وما نصت عليه المادة 200 من أن كل من حرض ذكراً أو أنثى على ارتكاب أفعال الفجور والدعارة، أو ساعده على ذلك بأي طريقة كانت، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة واحدة وبغرامة لا تجاوز ألف روبية أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

138. Article 201 provides that a person who compels a male or a female person to commit an obscene act or to engage in prostitution by coercion, threat or ruse shall be punished by a term of imprisonment of no more than five years and/or a fine of no more than 5,000 rupees.
138- وتنص المادة 201 على أن كل من حمل ذكر أو أنثى على ارتكاب الفجور والدعارة، عن طريق الإكراه أو التهديد أو الحيلة، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز خمس سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة آلاف روبية أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

Article 200 of the Penal Code stipulates that: “Anyone who incites a male or female person to commit acts of debauchery or prostitution, or in any way assists therein, shall be liable to a penalty of up to one year's imprisonment and/or a fine of up to 1,000 rupees.
نصت المادة ٠٠٢ على أن: " كل من حرض ذكراً أو أنثى على ارتكاب أفعال الفجور والدعارة أو ساعده على ذلك بأية طريقة كانت، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة واحدة وبغرامة لا تجاوز ألف روبية أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

Article 201 further stipulates that: “Anyone who uses coercion, threats or deception to induce a male or female person to engage in debauchery or prostitution shall be liable to a penalty of up to five years' imprisonment and/or a fine of up to 5,000 rupees.
نصت المادة ١٠٢ على أن: " كل من حمل ذكراً أو أنثى على ارتكاب الفجور والدعارة، عن طريق اﻹكراه أو التهديد أو الحيلة، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز خمس سنوات وبغرامة لا تتجاوز خمسة آلاف روبية أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

12. The report states that under section 156 (5) of the Penal Code, any female person of or above the age of 15 years who permits her grandfather, father, brother or son to have sexual intercourse with her shall be guilty of a felony (para. 2.11).
12 - يذكر التقرير أن الفرع 156 (5) من قانون العقوبات، ينص على أن أي أنثى فوق الخامسة عشرة من العمر تسمح لجدها أو أبيها أو أخيها أو ابنها بممارسة الجنس معها، تعتبر مرتكبة لجناية (الفقرة 2-11).

123. Article 103 of the Penal Code of the RS provides for a prison term of at least five years for the perpetrator of the basic criminal act of rape, if coercion to sexual intercourse of a female person, with the use of force or threat of a direct attack on the life or the body, was committed against an underage person or if death occurred as the consequence of the perpetration of such act.
