All States shall ensure that no funds, financial assets or economic resources are made available by their nationals or by any persons within their territories to or for the benefit of such persons or entities.

14 - عملا بالقرارات 1455 لسنة 2003، 1390 لسنة 2001، 1333 لسنة 2000 و 1267 لسنة 1999 يتعين على الدول أن تكفل عدم قيام رعاياها أو أي أشخاص موجودين على أراضيها بإتاحة أي أموال أو أصول مالية أو أصول اقتصادية بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، إلى الكيانات أو الأفراد المدرجين في القائمة أو لمنفعتهم.

Nor are there indications regarding the means by which States can " ensure that neither these nor any other funds, financial assets or economic resources are made available, directly or indirectly, for the benefit of such persons " .

Particularly, the Central Bank of Cyprus has instructed all banking institutions in Cyprus to freeze the funds or other economic resources that are owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by persons or entities which are designated in the annexes of the relevant Security Council resolutions, and to ensure that no funds, financial assets or economic resources are made available to them.

(g) An obligation on member States to ensure that any funds, financial assets or economic resources are prevented from being made available by their nationals or by any individuals or entities within their territories, to or for the benefit of the individuals or entities designated by the Committee, in accordance with paragraph 32 of Security Council resolution 2134 (2014).
(ز) التزام على الدول الاعضاء بأن تكفل عدم إتاحة مواطنيها أو أي أفراد أو كيانات داخل أراضيها أي أموال أو أصول مالية أو موارد اقتصادية للجهات من الأفراد أو الكيانات التي تعينها اللجنة أو لفائدتها؛ وفقا للفقرة 32 من قرار المجلس 2134 (2014).

14. Pursuant to resolutions 1455 (2003), 1390 (2001), 1333 (2000) and 1267 (1999), States are to ensure that no funds, financial assets or economic resources are made available, directly or indirectly, to listed individuals or entities or for their benefit, by nationals or by any persons within their territory.
14 - تُلزم الدول، بموجب القرارات 1455 (2003) و 1333 (2000) و 1267 (1999) بالتأكد من عدم وضع مواطنيها أو الأشخاص الموجودين على أراضيها أي أموال أو أصول مالية أو موارد اقتصادية مباشرة أو غير مباشرة في تصرف أشخاص أو كيانات واردين على القائمة أو لفائدة هؤلاء الأشخاص والكيانات.

14. Pursuant to resolutions 1455 (2003), 1390 (2002), 1333 (2000) and 1267 (1999), states are to ensure that no funds, financial assets or economic resources are made available, directly or indirectly, to listed individuals or entities or for their benefit, by nationals or by any persons within their territory.

Additionally, paragraph 11 requires that " all States shall ensure that any funds, financial assets or economic resources are prevented from being made available by their nationals or by any persons within their territories, to or for the benefit of " persons designated pursuant to paragraph 9.

كما أصدر المصرف المركزي تعليمات لكل المؤسسات المصرفية في قبرص بتجميد الأموال أو غيرها من الموارد الاقتصادية التي يملكها أو يتحكم فيها، بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، أشخاص مشار إليهم في القرارين 1737 (2006) و 1747 (2007)، وبكفالة ألا توفر لهم أية أموال أو أصول مالية أو موارد اقتصادية.

14.
