٦- يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق في اليوم التالي لتاريخ استلام آخر الاخطارات التي تكون اﻷطراف قد أخطرت بها بعضها بعضاً باستيفاء الشروط الرسمية لكل منها.

3. Article 6, paragraph 6, of the agreement provides that it “shall enter into force on the day following the date of receipt of the last of the notifications by which the Parties will have informed each other of the completion of their respective formal requirements”.
