(a) Takes note of the report of the Commission on Science and Technology for Development on its second session, and endorses the resolutions and decisions adopted by the Commission, Official Records of the Economic and Social Council, 1995, Supplement No. 11 (E/1995/31).

(a) Took note of the report of the Commission on Science and Technology for Development on its second session, Ibid., Supplement No. 11 (E/1995/31). and endorsed the resolutions and decisions adopted by the Commission;

The present report has been prepared by the UNCTAD secretariat in accordance with Economic and Social Council decision 1995/237 on the report of the Commission on Science and Technology for Development on its second session and the provisional agenda and documentation for the third session of the Commission.
أعدت أمانة اﻷونكتاد هذا التقرير عملاً بمقرر المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ٥٩٩١/٧٣٢ بشأن تقرير اللجنة المعنية بتسخير العلم والتكنولوجيا ﻷغراض التنمية عن دورتها الثانية وجدول اﻷعمال المؤقت للدورة الثالثة للجنة ووثائق هذه الدورة.

33. At the 44th meeting, on 19 July, the Council adopted the draft decision entitled " Report of the Commission on Science and Technology for Development on its second session and provisional agenda and documentation for the third session of the Commission " , recommended by the Commission (E/1995/31, chap. I, sect. B).
٣٣ - في الجلسة ٤٤، المعقودة في ١٩ تموز/يوليه، اعتمد المجلس مشروع المقرر المعنون " تقرير اللجنة المعنية بتسخير العلم والتكنولوجيا ﻷغراض التنمية عن دورتها الثانية وجدول اﻷعمال المؤقت للدورة الثالثة للجنة ووثائقها " ، الذي أوصت به اللجنة )E/1995/31، الفصل اﻷول، الفرع باء(.

Endorses the relevant resolutions and decisions adopted by the Economic and Social Council at its substantive session of 1995 on the basis of the report of the Commission on Science and Technology for Development on its second session; Official Records of the Economic and Social Council, 1995, Supplement No. 11 (E/1995/31).
